These are a couple of decorations I created using glass blocks you can find at The Home Depot (although their selection is diminishing) or Lowe's. It is very simple to apply vinyl to the front and tie a ribbon around the perimeter. If desired (and you have the means available) it is possible to drill a hole in the back in order to put a strand of lights inside. I have friends who specialize in lighted, glass blocks.
